Shipping Policy
Your orders will be shipped through one of the two shipping carriers we provide: DHL or another available shipping service. The shipment will be made to the address you provided when placing your order. You may also request the Ocurre service, allowing your package to be delivered to the nearest office of your selected carrier, so you can pick it up at any branch.
Shipping Guarantee
At Joyas Kuri, we thoroughly inspect every product in your order one by one to ensure its quality. When packaging, we use special materials to maximize protection. However, since the shipping carrier is an external and independent company, Joyas Kuri cannot guarantee the service quality or the conditions in which packages are transported. Therefore, we recommend:
Check your package upon receipt. Ensure that the box is not open and that the packaging (tape or paper) has not been tampered with or altered.
If you notice any issues during delivery, report them directly to the shipping carrier you used. They will guide you on how to handle the situation.
Do not sign the delivery receipt until you have confirmed that your package is in optimal condition.

Missing Items and/or Defects Guarantee
At Joyas Kuri, we carefully inspect every package before shipping to ensure that the order is complete. Additionally, all orders are packed under security cameras to confirm that everything is included.
To validate a missing item or defect guarantee, you must follow our shipping guarantee guidelines.
When opening your package, you must record a video showing the entire box from all angles to verify that it was not tampered with.
The video must not be cut or edited; otherwise, the guarantee will not apply.
If you receive an incomplete order due to an error, you must notify us by email at [email protected], describing the issue and attaching your video as proof.

Shipping Address Information
If the address provided for delivery is incorrect or unclear, any additional costs or actions will be the customer’s responsibility. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address to receive their order.
Joyas Kuri is not responsible for expenses incurred due to returned packages, address changes, or re-shipments. However, we will assist you in resolving your particular case to provide quality service.
Shipping Process
Delivery time depends entirely on the shipping carrier you selected. Shipping is subject to the logistics and operations of the responsible company.
The purchasing process at Joyas Kuri is completed once you receive an email with the tracking number. At that point, the carrier takes full responsibility for transporting and delivering your package.
Delivery Time
Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare your order, and the carrier will pick it up.
If your payment confirmation is received before 1:00 p.m. on a business day (Monday to Friday), your package will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped on the next business day.
Joyas Kuri may postpone delivery indefinitely if an unexpected event prevents shipment. If this occurs, you will be notified via the contact information registered in your account.
